These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceSnap ("the app"), a mobile application developed by Waadrarii. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

VoiceSnap allows you to add voice recordings and background music to your photos. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, voice recordings, and creations you make with VoiceSnap. We do not claim any rights to your content. All processing happens locally on your device — we never upload, access, or store your content on our servers.

Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceSnap offers optional paid subscriptions ("VoiceSnap Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple's terms and policies.

  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute content created with the app that infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app to create content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others

Background Music

VoiceSnap includes curated background music tracks that are licensed for use within the app. These tracks may be used in your personal creations made with VoiceSnap. You may not extract, redistribute, or use these tracks outside of the app.

Intellectual Property

VoiceSnap, including its design, code, icons, and bundled content, is owned by Waadrarii and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The background music tracks included in the app are used under license from their respective creators.

Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiceSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waadrarii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waadrarii operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
